BIOGRAPHY

My mission is to empower and support women and men to develop their multi-sensory perception, listen to their soul essence, connect to their intuition, take aligned action and guidance from within and beyond... to envision, empower and embody their masterpiece dream reality life.

Throughout my life, I have been a heart led seeker, passionate creative and spiritual soul. I am an eternal learner and lover of philosophy, spirituality, creativity and art. I can listen to hours from my mentors and leaders in the field of self development to deeper understand the mind, body, heart and soul to grow, evolve and thrive as a human being. Or I can spend hours walking in the beauty of nature, deep in meditation in a yoga class or in an art gallery.

For over thirty years, I have worked as an art director and graphic designer in high quality advertising and design studios. Also, I am a professional artist who has been shortlisted for several art awards. Currently, I am creating an oracle deck ‘Stream Your Dream™ based on my coaching program of the same name.

Also, twenty years ago I completed a life changing 2 year Yoga Diploma Certification which later opened my world to further studies in Shamanism, Sacred Geometry, Rudolph Steiner and Carl Jung and more!

For the past five years, I have worked with incredible coaches such as Suzy Ashworth, Ruby Lee, Melanie Ann Layer and Shoshana Raven in numerous long term and in depth programs.

After completing an ICF Coaching Certification with Suzy Ashworth, I absolutely love support amazing souls who choose to claim their self worth, power and purpose through my group self development programs and 1:1 coaching packages.
